Our easy, bolt-together, pre-engineered post-and-beam-type framing system of Tri-Steel's Lifetime Homes series---with the "red-iron" steel "C" beams on 8-foot centers---has proven immensely successful for Tri-Steel.

Over the years, Tri-Steel's Lifetime Home steel framing system has grown to include 92 standard models, from a cozy 1,017 square-foot Hillcrest to the sprawling 6,200 square-foot Genesis. (The models can also be easily modified or expanded and the floor plans are virtually limitless.) -
